ET toujours pour eux, une petite explication:
It's just a jump to the left > Hop vous faites un petit bond sur la gauche.
And then a step to the right > Vous pointez, puis ramenez 4 fois de suite, votre pied droit vers la droite.
With your hands on your hips > Mettez vos mains sur vos hanches.
You bring your knees in tight > vous rentrez vos genoux vers l'intérieur et ensuite vous balancer du bassin.
