La chanson de Melanie, "What have they done to my song, Ma", (quelquefois intitulée "Look What They've Done to My Song, Ma") a été adaptée en français par Dalida, Margot Lefebvre, Huguette Rayno, par Petula Clark, et Arno & Stephan Eicher sous le titre "Ils ont changé ma chanson".
La version tchèque, "Kam zmizel ten starý song" est interprétée par Helena Vondráčková alors que la version néerlandaise "Ze hebben geknoeid aan mijn lied, ma" est chantée par Jan van der Voort.
En danois, Kimmik, chante "Har du en vise, så syng den" alors qu'en suédois, "Ge mej din sång", a été interprété par Lars Berghagen.
En finnois, Titta a chanté "Kun kuuluu lauluni tää", tandis que "Jos kaupan onnea ois" était interprété par Katri Helena.
En allemand, Dalhia Lavi a interprété "Wer hat mein lied so zerstart, Ma", repris par Enfant Terrible.
La version italienne "Non è più la mia canzone" est interprétée par Dalida.
En serbe, "Vidi sta sam ti uradio od pesme, Mama" a été chantée par Bajaga et par Dejan Cukić.
