La chanson "Witch Doctor" par David Seville, de son vrai nom Ross Bagdasarian, a été adaptée en français sous le titre "Docteur Miracle" par Gabriel Dalar et reprise par Claude Piron, en version rock, par Annie Cordy, par les Cinq Pères, par Lucie Dolène (Mademoiselle Caroline), par Roland Gerbeau, par Francine Claudel & Jacques Hélian, par Martine Chanel, par Dona Néri et par Marie-Claire (Jacqueline Joubert) puis par Cookie en 1976.
En 1997, pour la collection Atlas, Didier Gustin va interpréter une intéressante version.
La version tchèque, "Zázračný doktor" est interprétée par Aťka Janoušková alors que Maxim Turbulenc chante "Úí uaá".
En danois, "Heksedoktor" est interprétée par Jørgen Brandt alors qu'en néerlandais, le Het Cocktail trio chante "Oe-ie-oe-a-a" et que Jettie Pallettie chante "Walla walla bing beng".
