Présentation : Si EMF signifie officiellement "Epsom Mad Funkers", à l'instar d'ACDC ou en France de NTM, d'autres interprétations ont circulé sur la signification de ces initiales (la plus connue étant Ecstasy Mother Fuckers). Enfin, le choix du nom du groupe a semble-t-il aussi été influencé par celui du label (EMI).
En France comme en Angleterre, le succès du groupe fut aussi fulgurant qu'éphémère, limité à son hit "Unbelievable" et au 45 tours qui lui succéda dont le titre fut… "I believe" (si, si !).
